hoho.. i have more to say..!!! i was too tired ytd so i ended suddenly i think. haha okay, so i shall continue.. not in any order or sequence, cuz i'll jus write what i thought of first..
i think the best thing of all is the trekking. okay, NOT because of tt guy la(AHEM), but because this is really one of a kind experience.. which was also what tt made me realise that all sufferings and sacrifices were all worth it once we'd reached our destination. although i was tired and hungry and felt like peeing and cursing on the way to the top. every negative feeling was gone right after we'd reached the destination and back.
the view there made me feel damn shiok.. and its really really nice! its on top of telok blanglah hill.. then can see housing estates on the left, and a bit of the sea on the right and the rest are like all greenery below us. fresh air feels damn shiok!! haha.. no wonder some old ppl are already there when we'd reached. they are like, damn early la. maybe thats what i'll do when i grow old too, wake up early, nth to do then go somewhere enjoy the fresh air..
we sang the college anthem and said the creed on top of the hill. TWICE.LOL. it really fits into the song as it was dawn and everything jus fits in nicely.. first time i find the scenery to be so meaningful.lol
and another incident i find truly unforgettable was one of the high ropes obstacles.. i dunno what it is called la. there are alot of planks and the person is suppose to climb up and get to the other side by the planks hanging in the middle. its all individual planks, not one whole log or sth, which made it so much harder. i'm not the one doing it la, and my neck was aching looking up all time. LOL.
but Fiona and Ting Min are officially my idol already. haha. the way they did it totally made me wow. Ting Min was like hanging there for the longest time ever, like more then 40 mins trying to untangle herself.. it was really a pity. cuz i think she would had easily gotten over the other side if the ropes arent tangled. but her spirit of perseverance was really inspiring! she can even discuss with us what she should do.. damn calm la.. pei fu pei fu.. and everyone was like holding our breath and was like, omg.. but if it was me i would wanna jus give up and go down already..
then i saw Fiona doing it.. she damn cute la. haha. she jus got forward one by one and when at the last plank, she was trying to reach for the pole to get down.. but the thing is too far la. then she tried very hard to reach for it, trying to swing towards it. many times she almost touched the pole but cant grab it.. but she kept trying and trying.. although it looked kinda funny the way she tried to swing, but i was also like, oh man, it was so damn close.. and finally she got it, and we were like, phew~ haha.. the moment she came down i felt like going over and hug her man.. haha.. but didn cuz she was immediately surrounded by her group members. lol
salute to both of them! haha.
anyway, abt my group, actually AT FIRST i was kinda disappointed tt i got in to 'this kind' of group, where most of us were like, quiet and reserved. it seems kinda boring and ununited. i was too quick to judge and i felt really really guilty abt it.. cuz it was totally not the case!
our group was bonded and were willing to contribute as an individual to the group.. we were close and it was not 'boring' as i thought it would turn out to be.. and i'm really really glad we had sheena as our facilitator.. we'd learnt lots of things from her and she taught us how to actually applying it to our real life, which is really useful and essential.. she 'shoot' us, by questioning us, which made us really think and reflect on things the way we nv really did before..kudos to sheena!
we made her cry, tears of joy, i think. haha.. she's really one of a kind, she'd touched our lives and things would definitely not be the same without her..
haha.. this morning i nearly thanked mr ling for having given me a chance to go to LTC. but end up i didn la. cuz it sounded kinda retard and he might think i'm out of my mind. LOL.
i shall end up with a photo of our group! - Genghis Khan
footnote: i felt sooo REALLY REALLY BAD that i'd forgotten that Ms Lim was my PAE maths teacher!!! i am so so so so SORRY!!!!! she had hundreds of students and yet she remembered me, and the teachers i know are less than half the number of it, but i forgot!! damn.
i am sorry!!
